Bedtime and Buns

Lately I've been really desiring to wake up at 5 am to get in a treadmill run and some weights before work. The problem is every morning I wake up around this time, even before the alarm goes off, and I ignore my plan and snuggle happily back down into bed.  The idea of climbing out of bed before 6 feels insane at that time of morning.   Why oh why do I love sleep and my bed so much?  If only I could ask myself at that time of morning - do you want your bed more or your fitness goals?  
It's hard to be a girl!
